PROCESSING – Pulped natural / honey processed. Coffee is left to dry without washing, leaving a layer of golden fruit residue from the coffee cherry on the bean. This resembles honey and coincidedly upps the sweetness of the cup.
ROAST – light-medium
TASTE NOTES – Caramel Treat. Hazelnut. Apricot.
Mild acidity coupled with a sweet creamy and lingering finish.
