Brewing Course @ Melkbos SBCC – 28th of February – Sunday

A three hour course specifically focused on home brewing. The course will deal with; a brief introduction into bean specifics – such as roast densities and grind specifics for various brewing methods; brewing methods – involving different brewing equipment, the resultant cups which the methods produce, as well as the best techniques to use for the best outcome; and then finally the actual act of brewing – such as finding the correct ground coarseness, brewing time and other significant tips which we have picked up over time.

An undisclosed coffee will be used for this course; all we can say is it will be a coffee which we have not yet made available to the public, and that it is a micro-lot speciality bean… And each participant will receive a bag of said coffee once the course is completed.

This is the perfect introductory course into home brewing. We look forward to welcoming you into our sacred space of caffeine, and the sharing of knowledge and expression.
