Grind your coffee quite fine and fill the brewing basket.
Boil your kettle to 95’C and fill the bottom chamber of the brewer till just below the small valve.
Starting with boiled water will allow for less time on the stove and should reduce bitterness in the resulting cup.
Put the coffee basket in place and screw in the top half of the brewer tightly.
Place the pot onto low to medium heat with the lid left open. The hotter you make the heat; the more pressure is created and the faster the brewing process will be.
You do not want to go too quickly.
Liquid will begin coming out the spout into the upper chamber. Once you hear a gurgling turn off the heat.
Run the bottom chamber under cold water to stop the brewing by dispensing the pressure.
Pour into your cup and enjoy.
