The complexity and diversity of coffee is one of the many intoxicating elements of the coffee culture. Coffee allows itself to be molded to the liking of the drinker; it creates room for creativity through which you can express your inner connoisseur. This is what excites us so much about alternative brewing.

What follows here is just a guideline to different brewing methods which contain tips and tricks which we have picked up. It is by no means a rigid system, but rather a starting point for you to build upon. Play around with your grind, ratios, brewing time and temperatures; then come share your findings with us, we’d love to hear your thoughts! But most importantly enjoy coffee the way you like it.
